Overview
A learner's license is a provisional permit that allows you to learn driving under supervision. You can apply for it online through the Sarathi portal, pay the fee, and appear for an online test at the RTO.
Eligibility
- You meet the minimum age for the vehicle class
- You can read traffic signs and pass the learner test
- You have valid age and address proof documents

Pay the learner licence fee online and book a slot for the online test at your selected RTO.
