Overview
e-EPIC is a digital version of your Electors Photo Identity Card. Registered voters can download it from the Election Commission Voter Portal after logging in and verifying with OTP.

- You are a registered voter with an allotted EPIC number
- Your mobile number is linked to the voter portal account
- You have access to your login credentials or OTP

Visit the Election Commission Voter Portal
Open https://voters.eci.gov.in. The homepage provides links to log in and download the e-EPIC.

Enter your mobile number/email and password, or request an OTP to log in securely.

Error: "Invalid credentials" — Reset your password or use the OTP login option if you have forgotten it.
Open the e-EPIC download section
After logging in, navigate to the e-EPIC or Download EPIC option from the dashboard menu.

Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to confirm the download request.

The OTP expires quickly. Click Resend OTP if you do not receive it within two minutes.
Download and save the PDF
Click the Download button to save the password-protected e-EPIC PDF. The password is usually your EPIC number and date of birth as mentioned on the portal.

Open the PDF with a compatible reader and keep a backup copy on your phone or cloud storage.
