Overview
EPFO members can view and download their passbook online after UAN activation. The passbook shows monthly employee and employer contributions, pension contributions, and interest credits for each member ID.
Eligibility
- Your UAN is activated and a password is set
- Your KYC (Aadhaar/PAN/bank) is updated and approved
- You have access to your registered mobile number for OTP

Step-by-Step Process
Visit the EPFO passbook portal
Open https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in. The portal provides a direct link to log in and view your passbook.

Log in with UAN and password
Enter your activated UAN and password. Complete the captcha and click Sign In.

Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to access the passbook dashboard.

Click the Download or Print option to save the passbook as a PDF. You can also view the latest contributions online.

Common Mistakes
Common Errors & Fixes

| Passbook not available | Ensure your UAN is activated and KYC is approved. Some passbooks are disabled by the employer. |
