Overview
Insured persons can download the e-Pehchan card from the ESIC IP portal after the employer has registered them and uploaded their photograph. The card is used for cashless medical treatment at ESIC hospitals and dispensaries.
Eligibility
- You are registered as an Insurance Person (IP) under ESIC
- Your employer has contributed to your ESIC account
- Your photograph has been uploaded by the employer

- IP number or ESIC insurance number
- Aadhaar number
- Registered mobile number (for OTP)
- No documents need to be uploaded for download

Visit the ESIC IP portal
Open https://ipportal.esic.in. The homepage provides links for insured persons to log in and download the e-Pehchan card.
