Enter your Passport Seva Login ID to access the dashboard. New users must register first.

Choose the reissue reason

After logging in, select Apply for Fresh Passport/Reissue of Passport and choose the correct reason for reissue.

Fill the form and upload documents

Complete the application form and upload a passport-size photograph. Provide old passport details and upload supporting documents for the selected reason.

Pay the reissue fee

Choose the booklet type and service. Pay the fee online. Lost or damaged cases may include an additional penalty.

Book PSK appointment

Select your preferred Passport Seva Kendra, date, and time slot. Print the application receipt and note the file number.
